I agree with last review. It was worst experience dealing with Jermoy. Stay away from this business. Horrible job and low quality of work.
Please don't hire Jeromy Hoppe. He will come out and work well for a while, gain your confidence, then leave after he is paid without finishing the job. When he leaves he will not answer phone calls, emails, or letters. He will leave without finishing and will not answer any communication. I did not do my homework on him. Service Magic referred him to us and tried to help us resolve the issue but they were also unable to get a response from him. The last time I heard anything from him it was months later and he emailed me saying that he intended to finish our project before he closed his business. He neither came back to finish nor did he close his business. Please check the Better Business Bureau in Raleigh. He has a similiar complaint and a rating of F. Please don't get stuck like we did. We are still working on trying to resolve our issues.
