Very unreliable. Had to call 3 times before I could get an appointment, then the service visit he promised"in a couple of weeks" turned into months. Three additional phone calls and another (missed) schedule later I've given up on this guy. All talk, no action. I can't imagine trying to get service after a job from him!

Got the work completed quickly. It was a Mexican crew. Had issues with the clean up where they messed up my grass. Bragg refused to do anything about it. I had leaks after a few months. Refused to come back out and do anything. Would not return my follow up phone calls. Stay away. Get someone else. Basically no guarantee. I will not make that mistake again.

Mr. Braggs came gave me the be estimate in Dec. 2010. He and his crew had my roof completely done quickly. He went above a beyond my expectations. He cleaned afterwards. and has kept check with me to see if I am still happy with my roof.

Absolute professional! He came the same day I called and gave a free estimate that beat out the others. His equipment arrived a day before and the workers bright and early the following day. Everything was done quickly and with as little discomfort to me as possible. He kept me updated on a problem with my roof and it was repaired beyond my expectations. Clean up was done by his crew and my place looks great! His estimate stood true but I had a few problems that I knew would be extra but they were a LITTLE extra. We are very,very pleased and are grateful for a job well done. I HIGHLY recommend this roofing company and will tell anyone who asks that they are the best around.

This service provider is unreliable and lacks the integrity to deserve my business a second time. We had a minor roof repair done by him. He came out and got a young guy (college age) started with replacing two boots, and left him on my two-story house roof alone to do the job. A few days later, when we checked the boot from the inside, we could see that it did not fit, and water was still seeping in around it. When we called and left messages, he did not respond. When we contacted him by letter, he did not respond. We hired another roofer to come out and fix the problem, and paid him about one-third what we had paid Bragg for the initial job. Bragg basically did a poor and ineffective job of the repair, and by ignoring our calls, refused to make it right.
