These guys are super friendly~! and nice people! I met Justin and Ben at the Griffin location, Justin was able to transfer all my data from my Business laptop to a custom Tower while I waited. I had went to another Store and they said they was 2 days behind, at first Ben's said they we're behind but didn't mind doing it as long as I waited around, because the other shops didn't want to help me same day. thanks again you guys for continuing to help the public!

Just came through Griffin and I noticed this computer shop and I pulled in to check them out. I had been around to some of the other shops in town this morning trying to get my laptop repaired, and the only one out of the 3 that I had been to, these guys seemed by far one of the best computer shopping experience, that I've experienced by far. Even the best experience in buying anything in my entire life, I felt that I was treated along with my wife with the up most respect and friendliness ever. Long story short, I bought a laptop for just under $200. and I had a laptop worked on while I waited. The gentleman, Justin was able to fix a dc jack repair on a Toshiba laptop while I waited. I had visited a previous shop earlier this morning, and they wasn't able to do anything and wanted to charge me $250 for a new motherboard and was trying to convince me into buying another laptop. Justin at Ben's Assured me that, a new motherboard wasn't needed and basically the other shop was wanting a lot of money for a dc jack repair and would have basically told me that they would be replacing the motherboard. Justin said that I could wait on the laptop repair and it would take about 20-30 mins, and they was going to charge $68. + tax. Since they was able to do all this, my wife and I are extremely happy with our buying and repair service we experienced today.

I had the best experience today with these people extremely helpful. I carried my laptop to another computer shop in town, they tried to charge me a table fee and was trying to tell me that my mother board was bad. Come to find out my power source was bad and Ben's charged me $45. on a brand new power supply and didn't charge labor since the other shops gave me a hard time.

I needed a computer that would excell at video streaming. I went to Ben's, described my needs and asked them to build one that would do what I needed. 2 days later I am ENJOYING a very well built machine.

be very very aware. this is about the poorest customer service i have ever seen they will try to sell you used defective parts as new and blame you for there defects and when you try to return for repair they will not warranty it. also they will preload illegal copies of windows on your system. see US District Court for the northern district of Georgia, Newnan Division.
