Very poor service from answering the phone to the service at your home. I called and the lady who answered the phone talked down to me and told me she didn't have time because she was busy. The guy came by my home and he said his company was family owned and they couldn't do much about customer service. When I asked about what they treat for, the guy said most things they didn't do such as treat for "bed bugs". VERY POOR all around service.
