On New Years Eve 2019 at 10pm with a group of friends at our home ready to welcome 2020, we noticed it had became very chilly. The room temp was at 62 and dropping rapidly. The furnace was failing to kick on or respond to the thermostat in any way. We called several local companies that said 24hr service and was unable to even get a human to answer. Alan Able answered on the 3rd or 4th ring, asked us a few questions, had us send a pic of our heating unit info and within 5 min called back with our issue which it turns out was a bad ignitor. Luckily they had a replacement in stock and it turns out we were speaking with the owner of the company! He offered to deliver and install the part for us as well. So LITERALLY within a little over an hour we had our furnace fixed and running great! The technician/owner was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband and I were both quite amazed that our evening turned out great! We were so happy with the service and the surprisingly affordable price we invited Mr. Able to stay for the ball drop at midnight! Way to go Alan Able Heating and Cooling! 5 stars!
