Actually no stars, but couldn't submit without one. Was thrilled to learn that the management had been terminated!!! We stayed there the winter of 2011-12 and vowed to NEVER go back and to tell all our friends not to go there. We will now recommend this park as it was clean, spacious, convenient and reasonable. We made several friends with the permanent residents and kept informed. It just took the owners too long to catch on as far as we are concerned. We have returned to Yuma every winter, but have stayed on a private lot to avoid that managements hassle!
