The worst service anywhere in the US. Yuma for some reason has the worst service, I've already had a really bad experience for father's day delivery, it took three weeks after the package was in Yuma to actually receive it. and now a package that was supposed to be delivered on Xmas day and a week later no delivery, I was informed that my address was changed by they "don't know who" can't get anyone to answer the why. SIMPLY THE WORST SERVICE
DON'T USE UPS IN YUMA!!! I am FURIOUS with UPS Yuma, AZ. No way would I recommend them to anyone! This is the second time we've had problems with delivery recently. Yesterday UPS delivered several large boxes and left them in front of our gate. We have a large property and could not see the boxes from the house or the yard. Driver didn't bother to call us and didn't even honk to let us know he was there!!! Fortunately a neighbor saw the delivery and called us to let us know the boxes were dumped ~ we were able to get them before they were stolen. The boxes contained furniture and were HEAVY. The driver could have let us know he was there and driven the truck to the front of the house. We had another issue earlier this year where a UPS driver said he attempted delivery and after an investigation, we discovered he did not even attempt to deliver! We get many mail-order deliveries and have never had this problem until this past year.

Worst delivery episode ever experienced wasted my whole day because package needed a signature and it did not arrive until 8:15pm, Poor management???? Absolutely absurd for this time of the year. I spent my entire evening on the phone trying to trace the problem and missed my commitments for the evening. Customer should not be subject to UPS internal problems with deliveries .

I give this store ZERO stars! Worst UPS EVER!!! If you live in Yuma ALWAYS use other means to ship. They put online in the tracking that the package had been shipped to yuma and was waiting for me to pick it up. After calling the store they confirmed it was there and told me to pick it up that night. Upon my arrival and after them running around looking for it they told me they could not find the package I called again the next day on 4 separate occasions and each time I got the se response. I was told to "file a claim with the shipper". Even though the shipper got the package to Yuma but UPS lost it! They have horrible customer service and are extremely unorganized. Never use this company

Not good at all. Sent two packages through this store. One arrived in its original box (no outside packaging added). Luckily it arrived undamaged. Second package was completely damaged and they tossed it. Both were ceramic pieces and neither were put in another box. $55 down the drain. I would not send anything from this store.

Signed notice, driver came back. Didn't leave boxes. Took my signed notice and left another attempted delivery. What the hell? Now we won't have packages today and its xmas eve. Horrible service. Yuma/ Foothills. I can't get anyone on phone. Hence, writing a review. It doesn't deserve any star!
I wish I could use the words I want to use in this review. UPS in Yuma must have the worst drivers out of all the UPS locations. This is the second time that my package has been "Delivered" but hasn't! I pay for next day shipping and have to run around where I live to find my package. The driver seems to just leave a package at any location and when you call in they can't help you. I honestly think UPS is horrible but have no other option when a seller or company only uses it. I hope someone at the UPS location reads this. Get your stuff together and deliver packages to the correct addresses.I have to leave 1 star which UPS Yuma does NOT deserve.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, they changed it to Friday. I used to the tool to allow the package to be dropped off without signature, and even with that and the fact that there was people at the house, they would not deliver. My guess is that the delivery guy just took the afternoon off.
