Yuma Private Industry Council provides workforce development and career resources and is located in Yuma, Ariz. It has various departments, such as administration, career resource center, charter high school, community development center, and educational opportunity and career centers. It offers a variety of services, including Internet access for job search, job service registration and services, unemployment registration assistance, welfare to work eligibility and assessment, career resource library and business services. It also provides education and job training to people that include resume preparation, interview skills, job search tips and on-job training with a guarantee of full-time employment. Yuma Private Industry Council works in partnership with the Portable Practical Education Preparation, the Goodwill of Central Arizona and the Goodwill Disability Services.
