im not in favor of guest76899 because i have been their client since when they opened in 2007.one time i had to cancelled but they give the option of saving the credit for the next party or we can share our credit with anyone we want.the reason they charged the 20% when cancelled is because they wont offer the supply once its reserved.if their is a client that is asking for something that is reserved they will say they cant and they will losse the client ,in the recipet in bold letters this rule is clearly visable and when we sign the contract we agree of this rule .im very happy with the service they have alway given me.thanks to them im not obligated to pay $10 an hour after 8pm like the other party supplies charged before now i can have it overnight without charge.the lady also does very good alteration and she has saved many dressess life because of clean,neat ,quick work.i have told all my friends about her work any none of them have had a problem with her.im gratefull with them

I had ordered 2 jumpers for 2 different parties and had to cancel them do to a family emergency . I called to cancel the 1st party 3 weeks ahead and the 2nd party 7 weeks ahead which is a lot of notice. The receipt did say they would charge 20% to cancel which was fine but when I canceled the lady was very very rude and pushy, and at the end of the conversation hung up on me. The only perk of them is u keep the jumper over night and thats only for there convenience. I have rented there jumpers for 4 years streight and always delt with the husband this year it happened to be the wife. I will never do business with penas bridal again. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!

This was the best place to rent an entire Tux & accessories . Four star customer service, the owners are very friendly & nice. We went there about 2 years ago for my son's promotion from 8th grade. Thanks to Pena's Bridal & Party Rental, my son was the most handsome guy at the graduation!!! I will be back soon to rent tux's for my two sons who will be in their cousins wedding.
