They are inept at accounting. They don't seem to understand standard accounting practices and monthly statements are often incorrect.

The house was extremely dirty when I moved in. There was also a large hole in the carpet. I noted this on my initial inspection sheet along with the broiler being inoperable. The repair man came out to check the broiler but never returned to fix it. The carpet was not replaced and when I moved out I was charged cleaning fees for the carpet because I did not have it professionally cleaned. Overall not a bad experience, but I was disappointed to be charged cleaning fees upon my departure when there was no evidence that the house was cleaned prior to me moving in.
