This business is under new ownership and they manage 7 of my rental properties. They have a full time staff and a good maintenance team. All of my properties are rented with good tenants and I am satisfied with their overall performance.

I had them manage a property for me. They did nothing but charge me 10%. They never checked on the property, and the methanphetamine using tenants caused 24000 dollars in damages. AAA absolved themselves of any responsibility. A quick drive by should have alerted them to the torn off garage door, someone living in the garage, the gutted car in the driveway and the garbage being burned in the yard!

Same as the other review...they took months to respond to any questions and took over 6 months to fix our stove. Anything they said they would do...they did not follow through with. We will never rent again because of our experience with them.

I had a hard time w/ this management. My heating went out during the winter and they took their time getting someone over to fix it. At the end of the lease expect NOT to get your deposit back because they will deduct anything and everything they can, and when you do get your check, it will be months later!!! Last but not least...rent is due on the 1st, but will not cash your check until mid month. The only good thing is that their website is up to date!
