      They were better before they got too BIG TIME, but still not bad other than no drop-in service.

      Years ago, it was more on a personal level, and the vet knew your pet and history. Now, it's like going to Kaiser, with a vet that is "on call". Appointments only now, where it used to be that you could drop in with your animal and they could take you. The best thing going is the once-a-month vaccination clinic. That is somewhat of a bargain, and you know that you will have a wait when you get there.
