Beware! They will take your money and give you the run-a-round! I now live out of state and asked my 72 year old mother to go in today to pick up my retainer check and paperwork so she could mail it back to me. The man in the office asked her to come back at 4:45 and he would have everything ready. When my mother returned at 4:45 exactly, Linda Roberts-Ross herself came out to meet my mother and very rudely advised her to come back in two days. How hard would it have been for her to simply hand over a check and paperwork? There was no reason to have my 72 year old mother come back a third time. The man in the front office had no problem getting everything ready, but it was Linda Roberts-Ross who wanted to make things as difficult as she could for me. This was absolutely done out of spite and not at all necessary. This really goes to show character and if you want somebody representing you that has this kind of character, then by all means hire her. Give her your money if you're not in a hurry to get your case resolved, because let me tell you they will not deliver in the time frame that you were quoted during your consultation. They are full of excuses and then get nasty when you ask for your money back. Best of luck to you!
