We have used several different inspection companies in the past, and Green Valley is definitely the BEST we have used! We found them by chance when the buyers of our house used them - they found things with the house that we were completely unaware of, and were very detailed on their findings with pictures. When we had items repaired for the buyers, the contractors knew exactly what needed to be done and were able to give precise quotes. We used them on the house we are purchasing and again, they were very detailed and even used a drone to capture an aerial view. On time, very personable, meet with you right then and there to go over their findings and follow up with a full printed report. HIGHLY recommended!
