Not real happy with this place. We showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment, had one person ahead of us, and waited over an hour. The glasses were late being delivered and I don't think the overall price was that great. We tried keeping our business local as we had a change in our insurance plan. The repeated excuse was the the computer was down. We won't being using this service again.

My family and I are completely dissatisfied and appalled with the customer service and the overall quality of the glasses at Focus Vision. Myself, and both my parents visited the office after a change in our vision insurance. We were all given exams and ordered new glasses. We were told our glasses would be in soon, and after WEEKS of waiting, only half of them were ready. We ordered a total of 6 pairs, and half of them have been a disaster. Not only did Focus Vision mislead us as to how long the glasses would take to order, when we finally received our glasses, they were made wrong. My dad's glasses had to be taken in to the office multiple times to be fixed, only to discover the lenses were defective. My mom's glasses were made without a prism, even though she discussed with the doctor that she required a prism in her lenses. After reordering them MULTIPLE times, they were finally correct. Because of the fiasco with her glasses, they offered her a free extra pair, and told her they would be ready in 7-10 days. Four weeks later, we are still waiting, and have just been told that they won't be ready until next week. Sure... ok. Avoid this business at all costs, you'll have better luck elsewhere.
