I take my Labradoodle to Regina Johns and I couldn't have found a better groomer, and more than that she is so patient with Mini and also patient with me. Everyone at Miss Charlottes is friendly, helpful. A super place to take your dog to be groomed!!

The shop is now under new ownership and has completely new dog groomers. It's a whole new pet grooming experience. No pee smell!!!!!

I took my pug in there for thr 1st time and I noticed a strong cat pee odor but I thought it just happened. Not true my pug was suppose to get top of the line grooming. I left there and 10 mins later I get a call he is done and I was told it was because he was not placed in a crate (which is why I chose them) he was stuck in the backroom by himself. I got him to truck and he was wet and dirtery than when I left him. He smelled like cat pee and really bad. DO NOT USE this place. Gross.
