This gamestop used to be amazing to me until the last couple times ive called to ask a question. First time, i was put on hold for about an hour and all i wanted to do was figure out the cost of an iPod from there. 2nd time just like 2 mins ago, i call to see how much they would pay for a slim PS3, a lady answers the phone phone and says can you hold then hangs up... I used to love going to this store but my last couple visits weren't satisfying. :/
