In an age of increased communication, this company has yet to get with the times. I arranged for a plumber to come to my house a day in advance and was given a four hour time block. That is fine. When that time block expired, no one had the courtesy to give me a call to let me know that that a plumber was going to be late. So call and learn that the plumber is stuck on a job and that my house was next. Three and a half hours pass and no plumber and no phone call. I call AGAIN and we make arrangements for the plumber to be at my house in the morning. So I wait...and wait...and no plumber. I call them AGAIN and permanently canceled the visit. The man on the phone was very morose on the phone and didn't seem to care that nearly 10 hours of my life were wasted. Thanks , buddy. I will never consider this company for any plumbing or HVAC services in the future.
