I was a very good customer last year and I spend a great deal of money when I would go. However, I have not been in a while because I cannot win anything anymore. I do not know what is going on but I think I need my number changed or either the place just isn't putting out for us high-rolling regulars anymore. I am very frustrated with them. In order to keep your customers, you MUST let them win sometimes! I used to would have rated 5 stars but as of this year (and the end of 2014) I give them 2.
