Purchased a tonneau cover for around $1000 that has never latched correctly. Returned for adjustments regularly which they made for free. This past visit they charged me for new latching system and labor! They told me they have had numerous problems with the brand and are no longer dealing with the company. Too much trouble for the amount of $ spent. Other than my lemon of a cover, the staff is very friendly and very professional.

Good advice on running boards, very functional but not high priced, and the best bedliner I have ever used. They answered all my questions very professionally without talking down to an older woman with an F-150 as so many places do, Will be back for any other needs on the truck.

I had a great experience with Valley Truck Outfitters. As a woman some places treat me like I don't know anything. The staff at Valley did not. I explained what I wanted and they showed me options.. No pressure to buy. It was great. They are great to do business with. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I looked everywhere for equipment for my new Ford Super Duty. The dealer where I bought my truck told me about Valley Truck Outfitters. They had everything I was looking for, and John suggested several changes so the parts would fit better. The shop crew did a great job installing the new equipment.They are over 70 miles from where I live, but I'll go back next time I need anything for my truck. I guess if the Ford dealers recommend them, that says a lot !
