I stay in Youngstown about 12 nights a month for business. I have stayed in virtually every hotel in the area and stayed away from Quality Inn because of some of the reviews. After staying here, I will never go anywhere else. I can't hardly believe that some of the folks writing reviews stayed at this Quality Inn. The lobby is freshly remodeled, pool and breakfast areas are nicely remodeled. My room had a new refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and and iron and iron board which means I did not have to go to the desk every morning to press my shirt. The breakfast was very good and the staff is super friendly. Housekeepers do a great job. I highly recommend this hotel for business and pleasure.

I've stayed at several different places; some newer, some fancier. None treated me and my family better. This place is like home.

My friends and I were in town for a show at the Covelli center. The hotel was very close to the Covelli center, located right off of I80. We were very happy with the hotel. It was at least $40 cheaper than the Hampton Inn and the rooms were actually nicer than the ones at the Hampton Inn. Why pay more? Very friendly staff and quick check in. The hotel itself looked to be recently remodeled. Very nice lobby to relax in. Very nice clean, spacious rooms. Great indoor heated pool . Free wifi was definately a plus. The new onsite restaurant Allstarz Sports Grille was great. Excellent food at a great price. We definately recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again!

We stayed for a couple of nights with kids. The staff were very friendly (Rhonda and Joyce - excellent).

We stayed for one night. There is not much to choose from in the area, but I think we made a good choice. I think the smell in the lobby mentioned in a previous review is from the attached Mexican restaurant. We did not eat there because of the smell! Our room was large with a comfortable bed, upgraded bedding, and plenty of pillows.

We stopped here on our way back home from an Easter trip to Williamsburg, VA. Although running late, the hotel was easy to find and quick to check us in. The lobby smelled a bit of cumin (from the attached Casa Ramirez) which was not upleasant - just different. Our room was clean and comfortable. We left early the next morning without incident nor hassle. Two days later I realized I was missing my phone. Thinking I would have to pay for a new one, I called the hotel on the extremely unlikely hope that it may have been found in my room. It was. I received it in the mail a few days later. I WILL stop here again.
