Even the nurses warned us about her bad service. She made us wait hours and hours to see her, spends little time, makes poor diagnoses and simply doesn't care about her patients.

I agree with other reviewers the wait there is the downfall. Although I will say lately it has been a LOT better then in the past.

The staff are very helpful and polite Dr. Kapone is awesome!

Dr.Kapone is a wonderful doctor, my 12 yr.old likes her very much, that's huge, it has always been a struggle taking her to any doctor till no,I'm a happy mom ♡

While Dr. Kapon is a great doctor, the amount of time one spends waiting is unacceptable. On average a visit is well over two hours, most of it spent waiting. This has made me late to work. Everyone's time is valuable.

Dr. Kapon's office is always busy but she always makes time to see us when me or my wife or our kids are sick. We really like her and her staff.

Best doctor ever!!!!
