Top notch installation and service. The installer, Don, went out of his way to make sure our door and opener were installed just right. He had to make a lot of adjustments to compensate for the unusually low fit. He had all the tools and supplies needed to make everything fit and it all came together perfectly. He did an excellent job, never complaining a bit about all the extra adjustments he had to make, and he was very courteous and friendly the whole time. He took extra time to explain everything he was doing along the way and in showing us how everything worked when he was done. His effort was really appreciated. Not often do you find someone like that to make you feel at ease when doing a job for you. With service like that, we will recommend D&R to others and even to request for Don to do the install.
