HORRIBLE customer service!!! I was given a window of 8-12. I was then called that day and the window changed to 8-5. At 4:18 I was called and told after 5PM. At 6PM they had not showed up. They were instrusted to call me in driveway or when on their way. They were told Door Bell broken that I was home to knock. A little after 6PM I found a sticker on outside of door. They didn't knock. Rang. Bell. I gave them another chance asking to be their first apt the next week so this did not happen again. I was told no. I have called someone else. Horrible service!

Horrible. They broke my water line when repairing my dishwasher and told me to bill them for the repairs because the technician could not fix it. I billed them and they refuse to pay and Dorothy will not take my phone calls. Better business rating of F! I would not give them any stars if I could.

I had some work done on my portable air conditioner a couple years ago, and they were very rude to me. They lost a hose from the appliance, as well. They were much friendlier at their previous location on Raccoon Road. I will never do business with them again. Nothing worse than being insulted by a company, when you are paying for a service...still bothers me after two years. Hope someone from the company reads this, and will learn from this. By the way, it was a middle aged woman, behind the counter, who belittled me. Sorry, but you lost a customer because of her attitude. I'm probably not the first.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
