Secure-It still owes us $17! This is for the last month of service, for June 2017, for which we had paid in advance, but did not use due to the sale and closing of our home to new owners on May 30, 2017. We had notified Secure-It of our sale on several occasions prior to moving out, as well as again requesting a refund after we moved, both by phone and later in writing. Still no response from Secure-It. This was all very surprising since we had been loyal 12 year customers and paid always either on time or months in advance (as we did this on last time for April-May-June). Still waiting, Secure-It.
