Pro-Techs Exterminating, Inc. has done my termite and pest control for around 7 years. They have always been extremely professional - from the office staff to the technicians. When a technician found termites during the inspection he treated them right then. I didn't have to schedule another appointment :) We put a deck on the back of our home and the next year there was fungus in our crawlspace. The technician noted it and they re-checked it for free during the summer and explained everything so well. We found out that we had cut down on the air flow in the crawl space when we put the addition on our house. They helped us with how to fix the problem and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need. They have always been very honest with us and we would recommend them highly.

Last summer I had a moisture condition under my home. I consider myself an educated consumer and called 3 companies to give me an estimate. Bob was very concerned with me understanding what was causing the problem and wanting to fix the problem one step at a time rather than jumping to the most expensive solution. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I have since had them at my home for pest control services and they are very professional.
