Told on 4.10.15 that the newly installed head gasket was defective, new one on its way. Car should be ready Monday 4.13.15. 4.13.15 was told that my engine mounts were broken and needed to be replaced. No charge for labor. $60 each. Asked why they were just noticing the motor mounts now, was told that the original mechanic that worked in my car was not their senior mechanic. That their senior mechanic noticed them and mentioned it to the previous mechanic. 4.14.15. Told that the newly installed water pump was defective and would need to be replaced. That my car would be delivered to me Wednesday 4.15.15 morning by 10:30 a.m. I returned my rental car, 4 days after it was to be returned. Incurred 4 days of extra charges as a result of my car not being ready on 4.10.15. 4.15.15. Told at noon that my car was still not ready. As a result, I was unable to attend an event for which I had tickets the evening of 4.15.15. Heard nothing more that day. 4.16.15. Car returned at 5:00 p.m.
