Computer Concepts was founded in 2003 with the intention of offering custom built computers for the home user. Very quickly it became clear that people wanted more than just a new computer. Our customers were asking for help with problems and wanted someone to teach them how to use the rapidly changing technology that existed at their fingertips. Eight years and three locations later, Computer Concepts now offers more than just custom built computers. Our headquarters in Williamsburg, Virginia is fully outfitted with a state-of-the art repair facility capable of supporting the highest level of repairs on laptops and desktop PCs as well as all Mac computers, but we don’t stop there. We also have the tools to fix many other devices from gaming consoles to mobile devices. We also house a full-scale training room where we teach over 30 technology classes from basic use to instructions on using your iPhone or Android device to the essentials of Internet Marketing. Our goal is to make sure that you are informed so that you can get the most out of the technology that you use. Our retail store is also full of fun, new computing devices ranging from parts to fix your ailing computer to the latest computers from Acer, Google, custom builds from our own workshop and more. We don’t just sell computers and computer equipment; we sell the best computers and computer equipment.
