Kevin is great. He always saves me a lot of money. Never rude to me at all. I own my own business and I ironically modeled my customer service voice after Kevin's because I was so impressed with his professionalism. It's weird and hard to believe the post before mine. I normally don't reviews company's online. I actually only reviewed because I felt that my experience was so the opposite of this persons that I couldn't help but thinks it some scorned ex girlfriend.
