I arrived at the Cold Spring office 10 minutes before my appt. time which was 3:00pm. Even before I saw the Doctor or midwife(you don't know who you are actually going to see)I was asked to pay the co-pay. Ten minutes after I arrived the person who had the appt before me at 2:45 arrived late. We both sat in the waiting room for another 15 mins. The late patient was called into the office to see the doctor while I was called up to the receptionist and told that the doctor would not be able to see me due to an emergency at the hospital and I would have to make another appt. which was in another three weeks. I explained to the receptionist that it had me taken me three weeks to get this appointment but it did not change anything. I still have to wait another 3 weeks to see a doctor so it has turned into a 6 week appointment and I still don't know if they credited my account for the co-pay. My advice: Find another doctor. This isn't the first time that this has happened
