Founded in 1921, Wolfgang Candy is one of the oldest family-owned and managed candy companies in the United States. Four generations of Wolfgang s have added their expertise to manufacturing millions of pounds of seasonal candies for schools, clubs, churches, associations and other groups. It sells a variety of chocolate products that include pretzels, creams, coconut, caramel, assortments, peanut butter, clusters, nuts and brittle and mints, as well as a fruit center, bars and gift baskets. The company guards its favorite secret recipes very carefully. Time intervals, temperatures and proportions of ingredients are three critical factors in its time-tested approach to candy making.
