Heating and cooling service for my home has always been thorough and extremely reasonably priced. I confidently recommend Williams Service Company to all my friends.
Called them out 5 times for the same problem on the same unit within a month's time. After it went down the 6th time, I called another company that found out what the problem was. I refused to pay for the labor on the last bill due to their complete incompetence. They turned around and put my furnishings up for Sheriff sale. - Prompt service, but totally inept and shady. They do not stand by their work. Talked with several other Restaurant owners as well as the constable that served the execution sale and they all have had similar experiences with Williams. Use at your own risk.
I came home on 4/27 and turned on the air and it blew out warm air so I called Williams and they came out right away and within 45 minutes the technician had me up and running. Great service and very professional staff. I know who to call!
I called to have my furnace cleaned and tuned up for winter and was so pleased with the service that I called and asked to speak to a manager to let them know how impressed I was with the young man that came out, he was very careful and did a great job. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience, everyone I spoke to at the company was very helpful.

On February 21stThe furnace was blowing cold air. I called Columbia Gas company and they contacted Williams. The service man, Nick called me at about 8:45 PM and said he wouldbe here in about a half hour. This was the night before the weather was calling for all that snow and ice. When he arrived he was very friendly. I said I was sorry it was so late and he said this is my job and not to worry.he diagnosed the problem right away and began working. He explained everything he was doing.He was very neat and double checked his work to make sure everything was safe and working properly. After about 40 minutes the vents were blowing nice warm air. He is such a nice young man and represented the company with pride.
I would not recommend this company based on the fact they did a terrible job at my house and charged way too much for not fixing the problem
