Was here for a cystoscopy all staff was so nice and my dr was wounderful.

At the first initial appointment with my husband, we had no issues. Surgery day, no issues. The follow up appointment after surgery is when we had the problem. When my husband was called back, my husband said to me lets go. However when I stood up to go along back the nurse said, "no, you can just have a seat, him only". How extrememly rude and inconsiderate. There is no policy anywhere stating that a spouse can not be at an appointment. I felt that only if the nurses or doctors are trying to hide something or are unprofessional would they not allow a spouse to be at the appointment. I was extremely angry as well as my husband.Needless to say, we will never use this docotrs office again or recommend them to anyone. We've never in the past been told by a doctors office that our spouse could not come back for an appointment.

I had some reservations about going here after reading 2 other reviews. Those reviews mostly commented on how unfriendly the staff was. This visit was for a 2nd opinion. I'm glad I went. The staff - the first receptionist you see is a young girl. She obviously doesn't want to be there and is not the friendliest. She should have a better bed side manner, but you spend a nano second w/ her so that's okay. The nurse who took my vitals could also have been cheerier but again, you see her for a few minutes. I met w/ the nurse practitioner and she was great. Very informative w/ out having to ask her much. She got right down to the issue, explained everything and what tests we were going to do. She also was the first DR to ask WHY. So, now I am having test to determine why I develop stones. I liked her and look frwd to working w/ her on my health. The first DR I went to said no other option but surgery. I don't go there anymore. 2nd opinions are great!

If i could give this zero stars I would. the doctor here is very rude, and didnt want to take time to answer my questions.didnt even wash his hands before the exam and now i have pain in my bladder that wasnt there beforehand. will never ever be going back to this place again!

My urologist was technically proficient but arrogant and unresponsive to my needs. I underwent painful prostate surgery for frequent urination. Still had the problem after surgery. Pick your urologist carefully.
