i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseThis company does a poor job advocating for their individuals. Their wants and needs are often not met and living conditions are poor. Houses are overcrowded and understaffed and the individuals have no stability. I would not recommend this company for employment and i would not recommend putting a loved one with special needs in a shadowfax group home. I'm appalled at what is overlooked and acceptable by management in this company. There is a reason for the high turnover rate of staff at this company. All that is priority to this group of management is filling a empty slot at a home and not actually caring about the needs of the individuals and their activities leaving them often upset and disappointed.
