      Phoenixx Design Associates, LLC was founded in 1998 by David K. Heltzel. The company is divided into three divisions Entertainment Design, Marketing & Advertising and Commercial & Residential Interiors. Working with Dave are five seasoned artists each with his or her own artistic specialty. The company was founded with this main theme in mind...We are the "Fresh Idea" people. The diverse experience of our artists allows us to utilize "crossover" knowledge. This means, for example, that our set designer will be able to interject ideas and themes with an interior designer working on a commercial interior. Our graphic designer can advise the set designer on the use of graphics as a backdrop. This method gives our clients the best possible design at an affordable price.
