These guys do a great job. I used them mainly for parts and once for service. They have a good customer service business. I have been in the P/W bus. for 15 years and could not ask for more from them.

Worst possible service, I've been literally begging these guys to come and repair my pressure washer. One wold think I asking them to do it for free as much as they avoid me. Numerous email's, phone calls and when i finally get one of them on the phone and I ask them about why they haven't returned any of my calls their response is "I got your message last week... but been busy" Thats so unprofessional in my opinion. I choose to work with local business to support small business, you would think they'd appreciate my business. Instead they treat me as if my business doesn't matter. After numerous empty promises to show up I moved on and too my business elsewhere.
