Absolute worst! No customer service. Delivered package to incorrect address. Could not locate it. Paid a ridiculous amount of $ extra to get it shipped fast and could have walked it from shipping location faster! Things happen, people make mistakes. But if your company is the one with the mistake, you should at least provide customer service. That doesn't cost extra. With the amount of unemployed people in the US, one would think hiring a courteous customer service rep would not be difficult. Had to give on star because there isn't a button for negative stars.
