Browns should stop selling shower enclosures, because their installers are terrible, all they want is your money, they came back 2 times and still not right never will deal with them again. I had another contractor do the job the right way he said who in the world installed this?????????????

I am certain they do great work here but it's been a week now just to have a cracked storm window replaced? It seems like they'd be surrounded by glass and should be able to knock that right out in a couple days? It's been the coldest days of the yr so far and my bedroom is freezing w/out a storm window. I mean when you call a bakery and ordered a cake they have the ingredients right there so what's the hold up? It's a single window? Frustrating!
