I made a reservation for one night in June. I was NEVER told that there was a no-refund policy within 15 days of the reservation time. When I needed to cancel the reservation, the three people I spoke to would not allow a refund to be given even under the circumstances that no one informed me of their policy. This is outrageous and very bad business. I would venture to say that the owner of this motel would not be pleased to know that his employees are treating customers this way.
