      I've been a customer of Westchester Jewelry for years. The service and attention are great. Billy understands what I am looking for, makes recommendations, understands my budget. Customer service is great! In a business like this, you have to develop relationships that go from year to year, occasion to occasion. I have no problem recommending this business.
