I have a cream-colored Chow Chow with a 'very' thick coat. The first time I took her there she was groomed by Z and upon picking her up, I was pleasantly surprised at how great she not only looked, but how her coat felt. The second time the grooming was good but they made me wait till 12 (I had a 11am) and it took 6.5 hours to get her back (they told me in 3hours!). I live on 164th street so it is a big inconvenience to drive back and forth so I roamed around the stores for 6 hrs.
