      Jawonio Westchester is a part of Jawonio, which provides a range of health care services for people with disabilities and special needs. Jawonio offers medical, clinical, rehabilitative, educational, employment and day habilitation services. Founded in 1947, it also provides coordination and community living services for children and adults with physical, developmental and emotional disabilities. The center organizes several summer camp programs for children. Jawonio is certified by the New York State Department of Health and the New York State Department of Labor. It is a member of the New York State Rehabilitation Association. The center also offers community employment, day, transition, dental and family support services. Jawonio provides physical, occupational, speech and language therapies. In addition, it offers business support services for regional business owners and manufacturers.
