Contract converts to month to month and it is very hard to cancel. Staff is not workable when trying to cancel month to month. Only accepts Credit cards and if you cancel the card to keep them from taking money after your contract was suppose to end they will send you straight to collections.They are great until you try to end the month to month that is rolled over AFTER your contract ends.They sent my account to collections the same month I filed a fraud complaint with my bank-which is their bank- Bank of America. They stated they 'did not want to deal with the bank', so they sent paper work to a collection agency stating I had not paid since Oct 2015, but my bank statements proved this false. They also charged me reject fee's and late fee's on a Master Card that was not mine. They make it very difficult to cancel the month to month after your contract ends. In writing only, (certified) but no mail accepted at the Gym, I finally had to fax in my cancellation. Very rude and demeaning.
