I have always found the staff very polite and helpful! The care my daughter received was eceptional!!

The receptionists are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They don't identify themselves by name when they answer the phone so you have no idea who you are speaking with. I requested the medical records of my three children to be mailed to me...the receptionist said they prefer not mail them, that I could pick them up. They are open standard office hours but close for lunch, making it difficult to get there. After waiting 3 weeks, I called the office and the receptionist said, "See, that's why we don't like to mail the records!" I was told that they would mail them "again". It has been a week and I'm still waiting. My husband just called and the response he received from the receptionist was, "What do you want me to do this time?"
