The Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation is an 82-bed nursing facility that provides short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care to senior citizens. Its staff includes various medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers. The Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation provides a wound care program that includes individualized wound care and comprehensive wound management services. The center additionally provides physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. The Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation provides a variety of intensive nursing programs, including intravenous therapy, pain management and hospice care. It is a part of Kindred Healthcare, which operates more than 220 nursing centers in the Unites States.
