General Info

We are a Polestar Pilates certified studio. We offer mat, reformer and private Pilates classes. Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body equipment that includes 2 Cadillacs Trapeze Tables, Reformers, Towers, Ladder Barrel and various equipment for Mat classes.Our certified instructors are well experienced in working with a variety of individuals ranging from post rehabilitation to high performing athletes. We offer flexible classes that will work around your schedule. Our philosophy is working with the mind-body connection and help create balance. We establish a routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination but tailored to each individual's needs.
