I bought a vehicle from there last August. I was quoted an interest rate and they changed the paperwork after we left to a higher interest rate luckily we were able to fix it a month later but it was a huge hassle. Also after three days the vehicle started to have acceleration problems and would lose power. I took the vehicle in and was told by the owner Jason they would take care of it and that if it continued they would put me in a different vehicle. After taking the vehicle in over a dozen times I agreed with the service tech to switch my car for the same payment and interest rate. When I went down there to do so I was told by the assistant manager Dan that they couldn't do that and the service department shouldn't of made such claims and that my vehicle because of it's problems was worth half of what my loan was. I explained that the owner Jason said that if the problems continued that he said the same thing the service dept told me. He said that it wasn't possible and that the service dept. would have to fix my car or do a trade in but no guarantee of interest rate or payment and only half of what my loan was. The service department can't figure out whats wrong with my car and Bob Hall as left me with a lemon to just constantly take in to get bandaged. They have poor communication skills and lie through their teeth. Their assistant manager was verbally abusive to my husband and when my husband bit back he escorted us out of the dealership yelling at us the whole way. I highly suggest going to Bud Clarey my husband bought his car there and they are saints compared to Bob Hall.
