Having shopped and had a very satisfying at Office Depot in Spokane some years back, I repeated a similar experience here in Yakima a few days ago. I appreciated the help I received when asking a few questions and greatly appreciated the fact there was NO high pressure to purchase. I knew what I wanted going in and the employee made that happen. I received great customer service and courtesy. Once my choices were made it was easy to decide on a warranty plan and then a quick trip to the checkout where the sale was finalized quickly. Kudos to your customer service and customer friendly atmosphere Office Depot! I'll definitely be back.
