      Innovation Women's Health and Gynecology offers physician services for: Routine annual exams Problems of the female reproductive organs Menstrual irregularities Pelvic pain - acute and chronic Osteopathic manipulative Treatment Mind/body/spirit model of care The best care happens when a partnership is reached between you and your doctor. That means your appointment will be scheduled to give you plenty of time to discuss your concerns in a relaxed environment. Our goal is to bring you to an improved state of health. To make an appointment, please call the office number and leave a message. Your call will be returned to schedule your appointment. Innovation Women's Health is not contracted with insurance companies, Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is expected at the time of service. If your insurance carrier covers out of panel providers, a coded receipt will be provided for reimbursement. Dr. Showalter has been trained in DaVinci minimally invasive robotic surgery and performs a broad range of gynecologic surgeries. Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment has been shown to be helpful in chronic pain conditions and to improve symptoms after surgeries. This treatment is used extensively in her practice.

      Dr. Showalter is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, and a distinguished member of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She serves as the Assistant Dean of Clinical Sciences, and Associate Professor and Chair of Women's Health at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences in Yakima, Washington.
