no customer service. I stayed at his places many times and was satisfied. Spent a lot of money over the years. Got one bad house and he was not even interested in negotiating with me or giving me back my money. The house was horrid. The heat is scary as you have to add heaters. The breakers would pop. The house is dirty and dingy. I will not rent from him after being treated so badly again. I was a great customer for him all those years and yet he would not work with me. We had to buy wood and an axe while we were there because the 2 woodstoves in the house did not have wood available yet frankly that was the true source of heating.
